Apparently somebody working in the Rangers' clubhouse recorded the manager's motivational team speech prior to Game 7 of the World Series. The audio is here (warning: the recording contains a lot of profanity).
I think it's a great speech and reveals a lot about Ron Washington. His passion, particularly his pride at having been involved in Game 6 despite his team's loss, is wonderful.
